I believe a life without passion is dull and meaningless. With that being said, I try hard to make decisions that will align my day to day routine with the things I am most passionate about. This focus has directed me into the world of art and tattooing. At a very young age I had a direct attraction to anything artistic, and pursued it any every aspect I could possibly think of. From drawing cartoon illustrations on a lunch table in elementary school, where I was raised in southern California, to getting a degree in audio engineering and music business in Florida. At the height of my musical endeavors however I felt I was lacking something. I wasn't being able to express myself in the manner I had always dreamed of, so I decided to make a change and return my focus to art in the visible form. Painting, drawing, and tattooing became my new focus. When I left school I almost immediately took on an apprenticeship at a tattoo shop in Sacramento. Quickly realizing that this was it for me, I gave it everything I had. Working 6 days a week in my apprenticeship I was passionate again, soaking up every bit of the industry and the art world I could get my hands on. Finally in July 2010 I was ready to be a full time tattoo artist. Since then I have been studying various art styles and found a few that really aligned with my creative style. In December of 2013 I had the opportunity to join up with some super talented and creative tattoo artists and made the move to Reclamare. I could not be happier with my decision; to work alongside like-minded and talented artists that are as passionate and driven to create as I am, aligns me perfectly with my passion.

Tattoo Style: I enjoy tattooing subject matter that is thought provoking. On a large or small scale I try to make tattoos that tell a story. Heavily influenced by art nouveau, I try to create flow in every piece that I do that will compliment the body part that it is on. I enjoy tattooing black and gray as well as color pieces that usually gravitate towards, Japanese, floral, Neo traditional in combination with realism and almost anything quirky. I am currently focusing on interesting color pallets to incorporate into large-scale pieces that are a reflection of my painting style.
